1. What is your cancellation policy

• If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of your deposit.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of your check-in date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total payment.

2. What should I do if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?

• Please contact our reservations team as soon as you know you need to cancel or modify your reservation to ensure proper handling.

3. What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

4. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

• Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated depending on cabin availability, and a minimal fee will apply.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

• We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard), GCash, or bank transfer.

6. Are there any Security Deposit?

• Yes, security deposit is a refundable sum collected at check-in to cover any incidental expenses or damages. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, minus any charges for incidental expenses or damages.

7. Are pets allowed at the resort?

• Dogs are welcome on the premises; however, they must be in diapers while inside the cabins. Please note that there is an extra fee for bringing pets.

8. What is your smoking policy?

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

9. What happens if I don’t make a payment within 24 hours?

• Reservations without a deposit payment within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.
